It’s been a while since I last posted on here, but I’ve been so busy with Uni work that I just haven’t had a chance.
I’ve finally made excellent progress over the last few days, and here is the fruits of my labour!
Okay, so I don’t think it is the best out there, but by heck, I am proud of the work. The only problem is that modelling is such a long process, it makes going into extra detail a hassle (same with Web Design).
Either way, I am very much going to submit these models, and maybe another (more detailed) version.
The idea was to have a Base Model, however, I was instructed to make the body and head separate as I can get more details on both parts.
For instance, the body is a Sub-Divide 5, and the head Sub-Divide 8.
The eyes were tricky…
I’m not too sure what exactly is needed for the base model (eyes, hair?) as we’re supposed to use the Base Model over and over again, and in the animation lectures, the eyes were a separate object to the model for animation purposes.
The good news is that after this Monday (4PM GMT), the only assignment I have is my game, which is due 12 December… giving me plenty of time to calm down ![]()
Saying that, the Final Character Animation is due 20 January, so my three weeks off will be spent doing that! ![]()
Its a shame really, since I wanted to post more on this blog (as I said a while back), but the work-load has been completely different from last year, it’s not really the same thing (all the work is for Assignments, and very close deadlines).
Perhaps I’ll re-do the work from the weeks previous and upload ![]()
